LAURA'S STORY
With a background in business and marketing, Laura’s path to interior design began unexpectedly while building and designing her own home. As friends and family visited the finished space, one question came up again and again: “Who helped you with the interior design?”
When they learned Laura had designed the home herself, requests for her help soon followed. What began as a personal passion quickly grew into opportunities to help friends and family create homes of their own.
Inspired to deepen her knowledge and turn that natural instinct for design into a career, Laura pursued a certificate in Interior Design. Combining her design education with her business background and firsthand building experience, she founded Laura Waxman Interior Designs.

My approach
Laura believes the most beautiful interiors are also deeply personal. Her approach begins with listening—understanding how her clients live, what they love, and how they want their home to feel. From there, she creates thoughtful, layered spaces that balance beauty, comfort, and function while feeling uniquely their own.
